The venue we chose was Knebworth Barns which is a beautiful location and gave all the staff time to network with colleagues from the other centres, so that we can all learn from each other. We had 2 fabulous guest speakers; Dr Zachary Walker and Andrew Fuller. Both brought something fresh and evocative to the day and shared some inspiring thoughts and ideas for staff to take into their every day lives, working alongside our young people.

I’m sure we would all agree that days like these make us realise why we do what we do and how, every day, we are changing the lives of our young people and giving them the guidance and support they need to believe in themselves.
